If you regret your purchase and want to return it, you can send it back to us within 30 days. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it in and in unopened packaging. Please enclose our return slip when you send something back. It helps us identify who the package is from and make statistics for why products are returned.
When returning, you should make sure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it / them. We therefore recommend sending the goods back so they can be tracked (track and trace).

The credit will be done as soon as we have received and checked your return. The amount will be credited to the same debit card that was used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs associated with the return are at the expense of the buyer.

Should there be anything wrong with a product you have received from us, or if what you have received does not match your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If there is a complaint, we ask you to send us a picture of the error, and we will assess the error. Shipping costs associated with complaints are borne by us.
Please note that you can not get your money back if:
- You have used the products (eg used the bedding to sleep in, etc.)
- The product has been damaged while in your custody (eg during transport).
- You have handled the goods in a different way than you would normally have done in a physical store to examine the product and its features.
