Pine Cone offers a 30-day return period from delivery. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal forms part of this period. Use this form to tell us about your return.

How to send your return

            
Pack the items securely. Please include a note with your name and order number to help us identify the parcel. You do not need to print the receipt.

            
Send the parcel without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. It must be delivered directly to the address below. We do not accept returns to parcel shops or cash on delivery.

You normally pay the return postage. Keep the carrier's proof of posting and consider using a tracked service. For a faulty or incorrect item, contact us about your claim and return postage.

            
We refund to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without undue delay and within 14 days of your notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back.
